HR Business Partner - employee relations (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Loom Pharma and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
