HR Business Partner - employee relations (Louisville, KY)

Redstone Forge Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Louisville focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
