HR Business Partner - employee relations (Louisville, KY)

Summit Timber Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Louisville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
