HR Business Partner - employee relations (Louisville, KY)

Clearpath Ivory Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Louisville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ingredient orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
