HR Business Partner - employee relations (Louisville, KY)

Lumen Fox Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Louisville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 892 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
