HR Business Partner - employee relations (Louisville, KY)

Westbrook Granite Markets is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on promotions. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
