HR Business Partner - employee relations (Little Rock, AR)

Silverline Union Farms is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on packing house output. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
