HR Business Partner - employee relations (Little Rock, AR)

Ironwood Ashton Legal Group is a Little Rock practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on court deadlines. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
