HR Business Partner - employee relations (Little Rock, AR)

Highbridge Glen Facilities is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 847 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supply orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
