HR Business Partner - employee relations (Little Rock, AR)

Westbrook Timber Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Little Rock, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on waiting lists. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
