HR Business Partner - employee relations (Little Rock, AR)

Clearpath Mill Foods Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 433 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on sanitation schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
