HR Business Partner - employee relations (Little Rock, AR)

Northwind Bright Financial is a financial-services company in Little Rock. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory reports. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
