HR Business Partner - employee relations (Little Rock, AR)

Cedar Amber Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Little Rock. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
