HR Business Partner - employee relations (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Bright Oak Transit Planning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fare systems. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
