HR Business Partner - employee relations (Little Rock, AR)

Highbridge Glen Facilities is a facilities company in Little Rock with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 300 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supply orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
