HR Business Partner - employee relations (Little Rock, AR)

Northwind Rowan Farms is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on harvest schedules. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
