HR Business Partner - employee relations (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Umber Legal Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 301 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client files. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
