HR Business Partner - employee relations (Little Rock, AR)

Nova Linden Legal Group provides legal services in Little Rock across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
