HR Business Partner - employee relations (Little Rock, AR)

Bluepeak Ivory Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Little Rock. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
