HR Business Partner - employee relations (Little Rock, AR)

Rivermark Wren Freight is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for loads and lanes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loads and lanes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
