HR Business Partner - employee relations (Little Rock, AR)

Rivermark Orchard Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Little Rock. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production batches. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
