HR Business Partner - employee relations (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Redstone Basin Civic Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on budget submissions. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
