HR Business Partner - employee relations (Las Vegas, NV)

Bright Rook Manufacturing Group is a Las Vegas manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
