HR Business Partner - employee relations (Las Vegas, NV)

Bright Ridge Learning Group is an education provider in Las Vegas serving students and families. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
