HR Business Partner - employee relations (Las Vegas, NV)

Ironwood Kestrel Community Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
