HR Business Partner - employee relations (Las Vegas, NV)

Ironwood Meadow Auto Group Partners is a Las Vegas company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
