HR Business Partner - employee relations (Las Vegas, NV)

Lumen Umber Legal Group is a law firm in Las Vegas serving businesses and individuals, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client files. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
