HR Business Partner - employee relations (Las Vegas, NV)

Foxglove Orchard Health is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
