HR Business Partner - employee relations (Las Vegas, NV)

Fernwood Fox Auto Group is a Las Vegas company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on warranty claims. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
