HR Business Partner - employee relations (Las Vegas, NV)

Northwind Clear Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Las Vegas with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
