HR Business Partner - employee relations (Las Vegas, NV)

Redstone Granite Community Partners Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food distribution. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with food distribution.
