HR Business Partner - employee relations (Las Vegas, NV)

Redstone Transit Planning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on route schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
