HR Business Partner - employee relations (Las Vegas, NV)

Cedar Meadow Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Las Vegas producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical studies. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
