HR Business Partner - employee relations (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Nova Willow Learning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
