HR Business Partner - employee relations (Las Vegas, NV)

Bluepeak Stone Care Services Associates is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
