HR Business Partner - employee relations (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Cedar River Property Management and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
