HR Business Partner - employee relations (Las Vegas, NV)

Clearpath Cedar Hospitality is a hospitality company in Las Vegas with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food costs. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
