HR Business Partner - employee relations (Las Vegas, NV)

Harborlight Bright Water Authority is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for pipe repairs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 436 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
