HR Business Partner - employee relations (Las Vegas, NV)

Greenridge Vista Community Partners runs community programmes across Las Vegas. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grant reporting. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
