HR Business Partner - employee relations (Las Vegas, NV)

Fernwood Drift Facilities is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
