HR Business Partner - employee relations (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Harbor Care Services Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
