HR Business Partner - employee relations (Knoxville, TN)

Amberfield Pike Property Management Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease renewals. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
