HR Business Partner - employee relations (Knoxville, TN)

Harborlight Wren Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Knoxville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
