HR Business Partner - employee relations (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Clear Inspection Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
