HR Business Partner - employee relations (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Sparrow Health and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on referrals. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
