HR Business Partner - employee relations (Knoxville, TN)

Stonegate Cobalt Medical designs and makes medical devices in Knoxville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
