HR Business Partner - employee relations (Knoxville, TN)

Nova Pine Staffing Group places workers with employers around Knoxville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with candidate screening. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
