HR Business Partner - employee relations (Knoxville, TN)

Greenridge Clear Arts Center is an arts centre in Knoxville with a full calendar of events, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on event logistics. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
