HR Business Partner - employee relations (Knoxville, TN)

Highbridge Haven Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Knoxville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
