HR Business Partner - employee relations (Knoxville, TN)

Silverline Cross Legal Group Partners is a Knoxville practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on court deadlines. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
